No tracking, no banner
Proximus NXT uses only strictly-necessary and user-set functional cookies and cookieless analytics. There are no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies and no consent banner — so the consent-management, ad-partner and cross-platform sections of a typical cookie policy do not apply here.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between page loads or visits — for example your chosen language. A session cookie is deleted when you close your browser; a persistent cookie stays until it expires or you delete it. A site can only read its own cookies.
Who installs these cookies?
All cookies on this platform are first-party — set by Proximus NXT itself. We do not allow third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party ad or social pixels.
What cookies do we use?
We use only two categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the platform to work (sign-in, session, security). Exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules.
- Functional — remember choices you make (language, theme) to improve your experience. Set only as a result of your own action.
We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media cookies.

Analytics — cookieless
We measure aggregate, anonymous website usage with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not profile or fingerprint visitors. No personal data is collected for analytics.
International transfers
All processing is within the EU. No cookie data is transferred outside the EEA. See the privacy policy for the full subprocessor and transfer position.
Managing cookies
Because we use only necessary and functional cookies (no tracking), there is no cookie banner to accept or reject. You can still view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings (see your browser’s "cookies and site data" or privacy settings).
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and core features from working; blocking functional cookies will reset your saved preferences.
